1990 Daihatsu Rocky Repair Question

Catastrophic engine oil leak
1990 Rocky, after 7 miles lost almost 2 gts of engine oil (sprayed at the bottom of engine)pressure gage went to 40% level.Refilled oil, started a car (no driving) for 5 minutes, nothing happened besides smoking around dipstick and oil gage still flipped around, please help, Ron

You need to locate the source of the oil leak.
If the dipstick is smoking, that is an indication of worn piston rings.
