Runs extremely rough till warm

I have a 1990 new yorker with a 3.3 v6 it takes 2 or 3 try's cranking to start then run extremely rough till warm its getting worse and I'm running out of ides?

I've cleaned the injectors replaced fuel pump and filter, also new plugs and wires, cleaned the intake manifold

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. Check for vacuum leaks like a hose off or soft and leaking.

Ok just checked the codes didn't think of it before cause the light wasn't on. It shows code 34 I looked it up and says the speed control solenoid open or short is that a wiring problem or the part is no good

It cold be either for the speed control. But that shouldn't cause hard starting. Check fuel pressure and vacuum leaks.
