Chevrolet Truck Coolant Problem
I'm trying to remove and replace my coolant reservoir but theres one bolt that is loose but wont come out it feels like the nut keeps turning is there anyway to get this bolt out an theres not enough room to use a hacksaw please help me out if possible thanks

try needle nose pliers to hold it other wise you may need to pull out wheel liner.
