My 1990 chevy C1500 driveside tire started making a noise yesterday it doesnt get worse with acceleration the noise stays constant please help

My 1990 chevy C1500 driveside tire started making a noise yesterday i cant really explain it it sounds like the tire is ruben but i'm not sure it doesnt get worse with acceleration i kno my upper ball joints are new I havent checked anything yet but I was wondering what you guys thought it could be

check the wheel bearings as they may be failing

how can you tell if there failing what do you look for

play in the wheel, noise when rotating the wheel.

thanks for all the help Roy checked everything out today and I had the worst brake pad i've ever seen thats waht was ruben shoulda known it takes a lot of brake to stop my 33's
