If it only does it in reverse then the rear drum brakes might be binding or the reverse gear in the transmission. Lift the back wheels off the ground and rotate the tires backwards by hand to test this. If its stable enough, and you can rotate the rear wheels easily by hand, put it in reverse off the ground to see what happens
