Possible fuel system problem

1990 Chevy Corsica - starts with use of starter fluid, then dies. Have replaced plugs, plug wires, ignition coil, fuel filter, fuel regulator valve. Has spark on all cylinders. Fuel pump has been tested and is OK. When it starts, the more gas you give it, the more it cuts out, then with more gas is OK. Car was sitting over the winter and fuel treatment was added to the old gas and to the next new tank. That was when it stopped running. Seafoam was used after that.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs and also if the injectors are pulsing-start here
