Transmission
I have 1990 chevy 4x4 1500 single cab with a manual transmission 1st gear is fine but wen you give it alot of gas on thew the rest of the gears it seems like its in nutrual and just spinning and will hardly go but if your just ease on it its fine

Sounds likes the clutch is slipping when accelerating and not moving the way it should
