1990 Chevrolet Caprice Repair Question

Heat
In my 1990 caprice my heat only blows very light nd only when my foot is on the gas, why might that be?

check to see if you are getting power to the resistor, it is under the hod. Also check your relay which wiill be close to the resistor. also check your fuses for this.
