Hi, My 1990 chevy astro van won't start. Starter turns fly wheel, no spark to plugs. Installed new coil, new ignition control module, new dist. cap and rotor. Now I see the rotor is not turning, I tested the power to coil and am getting 12 volts...If this is the crank sensor where is it? Please help as this is my only vehicle and I live in the country...
