The digital fuel display and digital climate control doesn't light up or work checked fuses and relays all are good any advice

Have it scanned for codes for a module problem if you can find someone who has a scanner for that year car.

It may be but you need to scan it to make sure so you don't foolishly pay for a part that has nothing wrong with it. With a black screen it is no sense to try to get codes as they will appear as the wrong ones if at all.
