Chilton / Haynes Manual Difference
Hello -
1990 CAD Deville 4.5 L FWD
Could someone please explain why the Chilton Repair Manual and the Haynes Repair manual specify different Maintenance Service Interval's.
Ex. (Haynes - spark plugs replace 30K mi. / Chilton - spark plugs replace 100K mi.)
What is the correct Maintenance Interval for this vehicle ?

If I were you just replace it every 12K or 1yr which ever occurs 1st

platumium plugs is 100k copper plugs 30k .when u change the plugs is when u cant clean and regap them because the center ingiter has worn to the porclen then the platumium plug will need to be replaced.copper ones u change every tune up and are much cheaper.
