1990 Buick Century Repair Question

Buick Century Sensor Problem
New ignition module,crank sensor, plugs&wires,fuel pump 47 psi
swaped out maf sensor and pcm. car may start may not? rough idle, but good power and acceleration. But it may stall then not start for a few hours or a few days. last night bacfired through intake would not run more than 20 or 30 seconds? 3.3 litre
multiport injection. no egr valve or map sensor on this engine
injector issue? or pcm ? weak coils? just don't know?
