i have a 1990 buick centruy that i am having problems getting started ive replaced spark plugs and wires also a new gas filter to what else can i do

If it cranks good but won't start, Have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the spark plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Also, check for applicable mil codes, you can check those codes yourself.
