Replyto answer...emergency brake cable is broken in half at the adjust....the screw where the emerg lever comes in is backed off to full release and a non friction washer and nut secures it....it is fully released...I did have the brakes bled....would it b possibly air still in line.....it has a teres system onn brakes so doesnt need to be pressure bled....
