I have 1989 Toyota Corolla carb. Suddenly my park lights shots off so I check the fuse box and replace the fuse 15 amp. When I turn on the fuse breaks again so I took off all the lights just to make sure that there is something wrong with the light bulbs.

When I put the new fuse I turn it on again and it breaks again, so I took out all the the bulbs and put a new fuse and turn it on again and the fuse breaks without the bulbs? What up?

You have a direct short to ground, trace the wire down -could also be a component/headlight switch itself shorting out-

If you have any impact damages to any area, check those for crushed wires.
