Toyota Camry problem

I have a problem with a Toyota camary 1989 every time I try to turn the engine it turn on the 3rd time.

If you mean you have to turn the ignition switch to "crank" three times, that's a sign of worn solenoid contacts. The symptom is the starter will make a single rather loud clunk each time but it won't spin the engine. The problem will get progressively worse over time. The contacts can be replaced separately but most people just replace the entire starter.

No I mean it takes 3 for the engine to turn on when I try to turn the engine on the first time it seems like it want to turn on then turns off when I do that three time it turns on could it be the gaspump?

Sorry; I'm not following the description. Some punctuation will help, but I'm not sure what "3" you're referring to. If you mean you have to crank the engine three separate times before it starts, that could be due to fuel pressure bleeding down.
