1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Repair Question

Will a ground battery cable cause the 89 delta 88 royal to run and quit run and quit? Corrosion in the cable it self?
Sensors,starter, fuel filter, fuel pump have all been replaced. Each shop says its fixed and get home and problems. Start it yo may 10 miles and die or go 2 blocks. Everything looses power.
Battery has been replaced and alternator checked. Connectors on battery have been clean.
So I'm wondering if a ground cable corroded for the inside could cause this problem.

Yes, a bad ground can cause this.
