Short in a cutless

I have an 89 olds cutless calais quad 4, 2.3L I have a shortage in the wiring somewhere that is causeing the battery to drain. We did the paperclip thing in the diagnostic port under the dash the only code it shows is code 12 and that means system normal. The right turn signal acts like the hazard lights the left turn signal is fine
