Hi there I have heard there is a known weakness regarding a part in the 1989 Mitsubishi diesel Pajero that the fan belt is attached to? Its a Japanese import from 1989. I have just bought it and it runs really well but the alternator belt or something squ

All Details I really know are in the question its an '89 2.5L turbo deisel

I have not come across any known issue with this engine.
