1989 Mitsubishi L200 Repair Question

Wont start when warm properly iv got to give it sum gas to start
Hi i have a 89 mitsubishi l200 4x4 i have a starting problem whem its warm i have to give it sum gas to start up but when its cold it goes 1st pop iv changed the spark plags that didnt make any diff can you help??

check that the coolant temp sensor is working with in range, if faulty this should give a code on a scan.
