My lower crankshaft is leaking oil,could it be the cam seal?
Replaced my timimg belt and pulled off bottom sprocket,put back together and didn't know that i may need a seal?

The cam and crank are two different things. If you have a leak at the crank, I would say the crank seal is the problem.
