I don't know what my needs to runs i can't figure out if it's a electrical problem or a fuel system problem

My 89 jeep Cherokee 4.0l started fine this morning. I started working on my directionals and when I went to start it to recharge the battery a bit all it did was turn over and not fire. I checked fuses, I diagnosed the fuel pump and those things are all fine what can I do? I don't have the money to send it to a mechanic if I did it would be there already idk what to do any ideas?

Check fuel pressure and check to see if you have spark. Directions for both are on the homepage under the diy section. There is a video too.
