my 89 jeep Cherokee 4.0l - I don't know what my jeep needs to runs I can't figure out if it's a electrical problem or a fuel system problem. I started working on my directionals and when I went to start it to recharge the battery a bit all it did was turn over and not fire. I checked fuses, I diagnosed the fuel pump and those things are all fine what can I do? I don't have the money to send it to a mechanic if I did it would be there already idk what to do any ideas?
