Changing belts on 89 Ranger

How difficult is it to change the belts on an 89 Ford Ranger 6 cylinder automatic? My automotive skills are severely lacking, and I know the belts need to be replaced. My neighbor is helping me replace the starter this week, and I was planning on doing the belts as well while we're at it. I'm planning on replacing all the belts as I've had the truck for almost three years now and don't know when they were replaced last.

Engine uses timing chains so no need to worry about that unless it is making too much noise.

The accessory belts are not too difficult to replace and they can be visually inspected to check if replacement is necessary..
