1989 Ford Festiva Repair Question

Back on my 1989 ford festiva engin not starting problem I used a test light conected to the negitive post of the battery and the test end to the feul injector plug and there was no blinking of the test light wile trying to start the engin, indicating no injector pulse. ?

Use a noid lite this will tell you if both wiring is good if the lite is pulsing,also if there's power on one side and injector is not pulsing-the problem is with the computer injector ground driver
