Vehicle chugged then died towed home changed the fuel pressure regulator and it started right up! But was running rough when placed into gear. Checked the plugs they were fouled, changed spark plugs then it would would not start? Acted just as if f.p.r. was out again went and exchanged it for a new one and still wont start?
