Dodge colt cutting out while driving.

My dodge colt has been cutting in and out while driving, seem to start doing it when the humidity was high, but started doing it all the time, it will cut out and then cut back in and out, usually if it completely dies it will start up again if you wait some time. It makes a clicking noise, sounds like it is electrical when it cuts in and out. Thanks
