89 dodge colt. no fuel injector puse.what and where is the parts i need to test
Fuel pump runs when turning over but not when key is on.the fuel injectors have a 12 volt reading on both sides of the terminal.when it cranks it drops to 10 on both sides

the ground wire is what is supposed to pulse.

Do you have power to the injectors?

i do have spark.the injectors are not pulsing.i do have good fuel pressure.the pump only runs when cranking.what could it be.and where?
