1989 Chrysler New Yorker Repair Question

Do you have a copy of TSB 08-07-94 Rev. B?
In TSB 21-06-95 Rev. A it says, "If coast down bump is the only Symptom/Condition, refer to TSB 08-07-94 Rev. B." The coast down bump is causing the car to go into limp mode.
We have searched everywhere for TSB 08-07-94 Rev. B with no luck. Do you have a copy of TSB 08-07-94 Rev. B that you can send me?
