Chrysler Le Baron Rpm Problem

I am experiencing power loss when I pickup speed. When I push the accelerator, the power fades away as the RPM’s increase… usually starts fading away at about 2200 RPM’s through all three gears. Shifts to second gear, RPM’s drop & power increases then fades away… It does this with a cool motor and warm motor. Its not overheating… I can’t make it past 3000 RPM (68mph). If I floor it… I actually lose speed! It also takes the car about 15-20 seconds of cranking to start.
It has a new fuel pump, filter, plugs, wires, coil, and injector. I don’t know what to look at now… I need some direction!
