1989 Chevrolet Van Repair Question

Plugged drains in top air intake
My 1989 chev G-10 leaks into the cab. on the driver's side it comes in right behind the fuse panel but both sides leak.
could it be anything other than plugged drains and if not can i get to it any other way than taking the entire wiper system apart to get down to the drain? When i get to the drains what's the best method of debris removal? too many questions? please advise.

Is the AC the problem? Is that what is leaking? If so, have you checked the drain mounted on the firewall?
