1989 Chevrolet Silverado Repair Question

Chevrolet Silverado Spark Problem
My truck wont start. i changed the fuel pump, fuel filters, i cleaned the fuel tank, i cleaned the throttle body, i changed the cap and the rotar. i changed the spark plugs and the wires. what can it be. it is acting like it is getting no gas

Have you checked to see if the fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specs? Have you checked to see if the engine is getting spark?
