I have an 89 chev k2500 it has spark and 9-13 psi of fuel preasure at the throttle body but it wont start if I put fuel in the throttle body it fires no problem I will put a noid light on the injector tonight to see if I have power if I do where do I go from thereÉ if I dont then what should I doÉ all fuses are good as well im lost.

The voltage to injector should go hot with the key on, computer pulses the ground. You are correct, you need to check for ground pulse at the injector. If voltage and no ground, check for rpm signal, comes from ignition module.

If your tbi fuel injection, that pressure looks ok.
