Brake system failure

I have replaced the master cylinder and lower flex lines. but my brakes will some times go to the floor and other times stops just fine. what else should i try? i have bleed the brakes over and over already.

REMOVE THE MASTER CYL. COVER AND FILL.THEN OPEN THE BLEEDERS.U WILL SEE IT START TO GRAVITY BLEED WHEN U SEE THE BUBBLES ARE GONE ITS JUST DRIPPING FLUID TIGHTEN BLEEDERS.REFILL THE MASTER MAKE SURE THE MASTER DOESNT GO DRY WHYLL BLEEDING

Was the master ever bench bled? And yes you can do it by gravity bleed method.
