1989 Chevrolet Astro Repair Question

Minivan vibrate
Why my astro van 1989 start vibrate after drove about 20 to 45 minutes and ahead. I notice that the oil gauge, move down, when I make a stop and wait for green light,then when I move ahead again the oil gauge level go to normal levels like 3qt. of the complete gauge.....just for information THE ENGINE WAS REBULD like 18 months a go...please help me whit this issue...

IT is normal for the pressure to drop some when the rpm's go down. How low does it get?
