1988 Toyota Corolla Repair Question

Vaccum issue
My car has vacuum issue there vacuum going to the egr valve cuasing it to fail smog i clean all the hose n egr pipe n same result maybe that one of my component worn out dont know what can you help.

The vacuum line going to the EGR is probably hooked up to the wrong port. There should be a diagram under the hood. But I did find this one.
