I have a 1988 saab 900 2.0 16 v the car was running yesterday. I needed to do some work on the cooling fans & was going to wire them to run when the motor is running. Sooo I pulled the ignition fuse with the car running and the car has not started since that act what did I do?

Check the fuse. It may have blown. Check the fuse for the fuel injection and for the fuel pump, as well.
Next, check to make sure that with all the fuses replaced and in good condition, the engine turns over, you get spark and fuel. Next, check the timing to make sure that spark is getting to the cylinders at the correct time.
