I have a 1988 plymoth reliant 2.2. I was driving and it was running great, then it started to cut out like it was not getting enought fuel. I limped it home at 30mph and shut it off. The next time I tried to start it, it turned over but would not start. No error codes are being tripped and I tried disconnecting the map sensor to see if it would start and it did not.?

Have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. How long since a tune-up? Engine cranking is the distributor rotor turning? I didn't check to see if you had dis ignition or dist?
