If the clutch pedal has a vibrating feeling, the clutch pressure plate is most probably uneven and to rectify it you would need to remove the transmission to check/replace.

if it is when you let out the clutch, the flywheel is hot spotted
if it is when you engage the clutch, it could be throwout bearing.
either way, it will have to be replaced.
