1988 Merkur Other Repair Question

Murkur problems
1988 murkur XR4Ti oil leak. hose came off while driving on hiway and breaks very hard to push down and engine shuts off if foot taken off gas peddle

This will be the brake booster vacuum line, i do not know the set up of your particular car, but normally the booster has a one way valve and a large vacuum line going to the inlet manifold, any mechanic will be able to see where it re fits.
