Electrical problems when using blinkers gages rise and horn does not work
My horn does not work lights to see what gear you are in does not work and cigarette lighter also stopped working at same time

You got some serious electrical problem here-try checking all the wiring connectors underneath the dash. Did this things happens all in once?
