1988 Chevrolet Corvette Timing

The truck is not firing changed plugs and wires no results the bottom pulley on timing chain is wobbly and looks like it has been cut the chain seems to not be intact it is a 1988 chev Scottsdale c1500 we are trying to get it back in shape do you know why it is wobbly and broken any susgations is appreciated

If you are talking about harmonic balancer it shouldn't be wobbly it may be broken of bolts are loose. If it is the sprocket on the timing chain itself it is pressed on and is broken if it doing that. Scan for codes by placing paper clip between A&B on aldl on lower part of dash watch the service engine light and count flashes. Also have your ignition module checked it' in the dist. Auto parts can check it.
