Chevrolet Camaro Coolant Problem

Car starts to heat uphills all water related parts have been replaced brand new cylinder heads have been done twice : same head bolts have been used if this is the problem can i replace the bolts only without replacing the gasket thanks

Are there any overheating issues, besides the temp gage. You may have air trapped in the system? In degrees F, how hot is it? If it gets too hot, it will pop the radiator cap and coolant recovery reservoir will fill up in a hurry. Is the cooling fan functional?
