1988 Chevrolet Camaro Repair Question

My car heats when accelerating hard mainly uphills &fast hard throtlleing on stretches.light & traffic fine gauge stays at quater.mark
Car stood for 3years not started valve stem seals shot & smoking .i redone the complete engine(305lv8).this seems to be an inherited problem
because under light acceleration gauge at quarter mark & when depressed half way & more the gauge starts to rise depending on hill can go rite to top .the following as been done:
fan did not switch on automatically & the electrition fited new relay
( could not get original)i turn on manuelly when needle at quarter mark
*cyl. heads redone 2nd time & tested in radiator for gasses all okay
*new bigger radiator & new hoses fitted -no leaks & not taking water
*new water pump fitted
*new fan.temp & intake switsh fitted
*all air- con & heater hoses disconnected
*oil cooler outside of radiator & installedin front.
to all car pro's & families have a blessed new & prosperous

Was all this new stuff actually new or was it used?
