NO POWER AT THE PLUG THAT GOES TO THE PUMP WHEN KEY IS ON OR CAR IS RUNNING. WOULD THE MASTERCYLIMDER RUNNING LOW ON FLUID BE THE PROBLEM I HAVE ALLREADY BLED THE BRAKES AND FIXED THE LEAKS.

HI,
From the information I am able to access, Your brake booster should be run just by manifold vacuum. Are you speaking of the ABS pump? It is run by the EBCM - electronic brake control module.

The ABS pump will only run when the ABS system is in active mode, ie, during a stop when it senses lockup on one or more wheels. There should be current on the feed line, it is fed by the ABS relay. If you would like I can send you the wiring schematic for the system
