BMW 528e stuck seat
1988 BMW 528e
Moved the seat all the way back and it's stuck. Will not go forward. Tried to push it forward with the both switch and
pressure pushing with no one in the seat to weight it down.
Can I fix this in my home shop?

There may be something jambing the tracks, look under the seat if you can, if not the seat will have to come out for further inspection.
