1987 Subaru Wagon Repair Question

How do i fix the ckoke? it is a tbi system 1.8 it is not a ambient temp thermostat.
Wont kick on high idle.

If you have throttle body injection, the fuel mixture is made richer by the computer. The ambient temp sensor is what tells the comp what to do.
