1987 Oldsmobile 88 Repair Question

Oldsmobile 88 Noise Problem
Fan will stop working. Tempecher will turn off. The temp numbers go off or will go to 75 deg. On its own mainlly win outsidetemp is below 40 deg. Hear noise fonder dash when doing this. But whine warm out works.and radiator fan don't work.o
