What is the name of the valve that operates the vacuum to the egr, and works off the heat of the engine? and where can i buy one?
It goes into the engine block, and is heat activated, with 3 vacuum lines. It is right above the distributer.

Sounds like a thermal vacuum switch i would look on http://www.rockauto.com
