1987 Mazda b2200 Repair Question

High Idle, accelerates without pressing gas.
Truck will accelerate by letting off the clutch and not pressing gas. It does have a bit of a high idle, but it is NOT jumpy or erratic.

Check the accelerator linkage and cable if its binding, throttle plate is closing complete and also for a vacuum leak-also could be a fast idle cam adjustment problem-
